There is a brand that, from Marvão, wants to recover local knowledge and flavors. To Portugal and to the world. Flours and mushroom chutney, dried chestnut or Portalegre’s apple flour are some of the references resulting from the small “revolution” that Terrius has been gradually starting with some producers in the region. And that should not stop here.
