Held by TerriuS at Moinho da Cova, Marvão, located deep within Serra de S. Mamede’s Natural Park, or at Monte do Tarrinho Velho, Mourão – Lago de Alqueva, the program includes a full meal with starters, main course and desserts, with regional products, wine and biologic infusions tastings, along with live cooking moments and history of the region’s cuisine.

After the meal/activities, we invite all our guests to a pleasant rest at our green spaces with a view to either Marvão’s Castle, or to the Alqueva Lake.

This program allows our guests to enjoy a unique moment, to learn about the history of Alentejo’s cuisine and the importance of Mediterranean diet.

We can take our Live Cooking program to your home or a place of your choosing.

In Évora we have several partner places where we can hold several activities, from a simple tasting, a picnic at a Historc Farm and Vineyard, or a showcooking or commented snacks in the cellar of the charming Café Alentejano right in the Historic Center and Unesco’s World Heritage site.

At Quinta do Barrieiro Turismo de Natureza, right within Serra de S.Mamede’s Natural Park, the live cooking class is held at Sculptress Maria Leal da Costa’s Art Gallery, and we can still offer a picnic at its unique and magnificent Alentejo Sculpture Park.

After the meal, we invite our guests to a guided walk along the works of the artist, scattered through the park. After this experience, our guests should know a little more about our regional cuisine, but also be able to create a typical dish to surprise your family and friends back home.

quinta do Barrieiro – Sculpture Park

At Quinta do Barrieiro Turismo de Natureza, right within Serra de S.Mamede’s Natural Park, the live cooking class is held at Sculptress Maria Leal da Costa’s Art Gallery, and we can still offer a picnic at its unique and magnificent Alentejo Sculpture Park.

After the meal, we invite our guests to a guided walk along the works of the artist, scattered through the park. After this experience, our guests should know a little more about our regional cuisine, but also be able to create a typical dish to surprise your family and friends back home.

We design custom-made programs to meet your needs or those of your guests and clients.
We can take our experiences to any home, hotel or another place of your choosing.
We also have several partnerships with which we can complement our programs.
From Cante Alentejano to horseback riding, or even visits to olive oil mills, dairies, agricultural producers or farms.

We also have the ability to adapt programs and menus according to each group’s specific needs (vegetarian, gluten free, or other) and under advance consultation.
